We had a service tech come out to our house to service our Carrier Hybrid system. He was friendly and seemed to do a thorough job. Two days later we had a "system malfunction" code. We reset the system and a few days later we had the same code again. This was 8 days after the first visit. It was a Sat. and they sent out the tech. within 20 minutes. He looked at the unit and said that he couldn't work on it, as it was to "high end" of a unit. He left with the system running. When we returned the next day our basement was flooded. I'm waiting to get reimbursed for the initial visit. I called and left an email message and have not heard back.
