Chrisman L P Gas & Oil Company

On 2/28/the driver of Chrisman Gas Codelivered gas to my house that I did not orderI had a gas delivery scheduled but for a different company, [redacted] Gas Co., and when Chrisman arrived the driver jumped out and asked if I needed gasI said yes thinking it was the other company, he didn't ask for my name or addressHe put gal in my tank, gave me a ticket and leftAfter he left I saw the ticket was for my neighborI went to Chrisman it let them know it was a mistake and they said I would not have to pay for it because Energy Assistance would pay for itThey would not because it wasn't my gas companyThe ticket was given back to the driver and thrown awayI never heard anything back until 4/25/They claimed they sent several statements for payment, but the first one I received was 4/25/I did not order gas from them and did not sign any forms
