*** * *** would like to file a complaint against Allstate Insurance Company, reasons are below listed as followed;
On March 27, at 5:p.mI contacted Allstate to receive a quote on my homeI informed *** ***, Producer that I was interested in receiving a quote on both my truck and home with a multi-discount rate planI informed Mrs*** that I was currently receiving quotes from multiple agenciesI gave Mrs*** all of my information that included current policies, year, identification number(s), title, etc.., Mrs*** called me on March 28, at 12:04p.m., 5:50p.m., and 5:53p.mto give me Allstates quotesThe quote she gave me for my truck was almost $more a month then my current carrier but the home rate was acceptableI proceeded to request that she remove the truck from the policy and just quote my homeMrs*** removed the truck giving me a new quote rate of $annually with $a month to be deduced directly from my check

Upon notice from Allstate we learned that Allstate's Underwriting guidelines regarding mobile / manufactured home policies indicate that a supporting auto insurance policy is required in order for us to retain the mobile / manufactured home RiskI have gone above and beyond to resolve this
situation for Ms***We have contacted her more than 2+ weeks to give as much notice as possible for her to acquire another insurance policy on the propertyWe are affording coverage until 4/26/and made her aware of this underwriting guideline as soon as we were made awareWe certainly understand that there is a more competitive rate through another carrier and have encouraged her to pursue this optionIn doing this though, we would no longer be able to provide the protection for the propertyThe binding documents that were delivered are completely conditional upon successful underwriting results of the policyWhen it was indicated to us that Ms*** would not be bringing her auto insurance to Allstate, we took appropriate action to assist and resolve, including the agency owner, Chris Lee requesting an exception for her for year period that Allstate denied and advised that it is not compliant with our underwriting guidelines for the manufactured home policyWe regret that we are not able to retain Ms***s' business here and have been instrumental in attempting to assist in alternative options
