I first would like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for the confusion of the refund We closed down our business from November to January due to business being slow during winter monthsI assumed that the check was already sent, I had spoke with my secretary concerning the cost of the skylights and she thought that we were going to reduce the cost but I told her that we were not and we were going to pay him in fullI will be setting up a time to meet with Mr [redacted] to meet with him and refund his monies owed in full Mr [redacted] please be expecting a call from me within the next couple of days Thank you Chris H***
