Chris French Cleaners

Review: I've work in the fashion industry for years now. I dropped my [redacted] dress off at Chris French about a week ago. I just brought it and it had been cleaned already but [redacted] sugessted I have it cleaned again based on it being white and it had been on the store rack before I purchased it. I quickly tried the dress on and took several pitures. There was a tiny snag in the dress which he and I were aware of before it was cleaned that was it. This is a $1500 dollar dress FYI. I came in to pick up the dress and it didnt look like it was cleaned! It looked even dirtier than before and I spoted a new stain! I asked him what is this. He was very defense told me to just pay for it! I explained to him that the dress didnt have this stain before and I had pictures to prove it that I took right in front of his face. He then said well I can try to get it out but it will take 3 days! Really? How is this customer service? This dress is for my 30th birthday! He kept asking me to pay as I examine the dress! He told me yopur not leaving unless you pay. I never once refused to pay! He became very angry started yelling that the dress was beige?I didnt want any trouble I was terrified of his anger! I quickly paid for the dress then exit. Im so upset I paid $25 for my dress to be cleaned and it wasnt and it had a new stain.Desired Settlement: I wish he would've just listen to me. This is an upscale cleaners supposely. After visting their website reading that the customer is the number one prioty, friendly service, and quality work. I wish that was my experience :-(.
