had company put an addition onto my screen room . it has leaked since day one and they will not come out to repair. Tired of calling and asking.
I had this company install an addition to my screen room. It has leaked since day one. tried calling they say they will send someone out never hear or see anyone.
to get get my money back what I am having to pay another company to come out and fix.

Mrs., has contacted my company twice and we have been out to her home twice to try to stop the leak. My Company stands behind our work and our word and will go back and again figure out the problem and get it taken of. I just saw this email today, but I will have some at her house tommorrow to try to solve this issue.
We had this company enclose our lanai with windowsand a new storm door. We have had them back three time's to fix leaks and are awaiting his return for the fourth time. He informed me that he paid $200.00 for the storm door he installed. He said he bought it from*** so I checked this out and the door that he installed cost him $99.98. He always seams to have an excuse concerning the products he installed. We are awaiting for repair of four out of eight windows that he installed. We had to get the company that manufactured the windows to come and inspect them. He informed us that it wasn't his responsibility to get bad products replaced or repaired. I would never recommend this comp@ny to anyone because they are not trustworthy and do not tell the truth.
