I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response from the company...

claims that I was given $500. This is not true. I did receive $450. In addition, the wording used in the company's response is a personal attack against my integrity and is unfounded. At this point, there is nothing the company can do to resolve my complaint. Please close this complaint as unresolved. I do not want any further contact with this business.
