Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my
complaint. This response is too open ended with no resolution in sight. There wasn't even a proposed payment plan. It has already been shown that follow through can not be trusted. It appears questionable, with the relatively short timeframe between having so much business that the veteran was 5th or more "in the queue", to going out of business, if the funds were even collected fraudulently. This money is desperately needed to help the veterans and needs to be returned immediately, not at potentially someday maybe in the future. To resolve this matter, we would accept the refund on a credit card and are willing to absorb the credit card fees.

Business said they fully intend to refund the deposit when they can, but they are OOB. They do not intend to keep the money.
