Review: On September 7, 2014, I placed an online order for food. The online form indicated that I would be charged $12, but the restaurant charged me $13. The restaurant claims that they were allowed to do this because the delivery location was far away. However, I was never notified of the additional charge. In addition, they charged more than the 5.6% tax. This has been consistent practice from this business and isn't the first time I have had to question their charging practices.Desired Settlement: I expect that the business will refund the $1 and $.04 extra in tax they had charged me. In addition, I expect that they would repair their online ordering system

Review: I ordered chicken and brocolli with pork fried rice and after taking a few bites I noticed that there was a hugh roach inside my food. When I called the business back to advise them of the situation the lady who takes the order told me that they were extremely busy so that they were unable to bring me back my money, and if I like I can go in myself to take back the food. Since eating some of it I have thrown up and now need to seek medical attention and I was not given my money back. I told her that I was going to call the police and the lady who takes the orders said it was ok for me to fo that, so on top of filing this complaint I will also be making a report at the precient.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I am going to seek medical attention after eating food that had a dead roach in it.

We take her complaint very seriously. We had already give her the money the next day.And we also had an inspection from the health department on the next day. No allegation was found
