Choice Wireless Customer Service
As of today (12/30/2015), the $30 credit that Choice said was added to my account (in their response of 12/24/2015) has actually not been applied. I just spoke to a Choice support rep, and I was told there is nothing about a credit anywhere on my account.
I remember reading somewhere that I can reopen this complaint. Is that possible?

Choice Wireless is a Prepaid Company. It is our policy that service refunds are not issued for services that are prepaid. In the case of this customer they had 18 days of service use prior to submitting a request to disconnect services. After...
review of this account and the call records we have found the amount of use during the 6-1-15 to X-XX-XX period to be consistent with a normal monthly subscriber.
Choice Wireless will not be refunding any funds for services that were prepaid and received.

I paid for services to the end of the month. I should be refunded the amount (prorated) not used. I dont understand why they cannot refund the amount I am requesting. It was paid in good faith and there was no breach in a contract because I was advised that I can disconnect at any time if I were not satisfied with their services.
