The lady behind the desk in the office "***" is an absolute snotHaving to deal with her is like dealing with the guests on Jerry SpringerThe tow truck driver is a nice guy, but if you have to deal with the office AT ALL, do NOT choose Choice! We did absolutely nothing but pay these people what they were owed, and from start to finish that woman was an absolute nightmare! If that place goes under, it will be due to her lack of courtesy I will never go back to this place again, and advise EVERYONE to steer VERY clear of this Tow yard

The tow truck driver is a nice guy, but if you have to deal with the office AT ALL, do NOT choose Choice! The tow truck driver Dwight (didn't get last name ) was the most well mannered person. He explained everything he was doing to my car. Great job
