I have received confirmation from TransUnion that the collection has been removed. The response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] is satisfactory to me.

Thank you for providing more information so we can locate the matter in your complaint.  The account with [redacted] has been validated as accurate and outstanding.  All three credit bureaus were notified of a disputed, but validated, account.Due to the wording in your October notice, we will not attempt to reach you directly by phone or mail.  The October correspondence does not indicate the dispute is from an attorney so we didn't contact your attorney regarding your dispute.If you would like to amend your cease and desist request to receive contact from Choice Recovery, we will be happy to send you a notice via US Mail with the original creditors validation notice.

If Mr. [redacted] is able to provide proof of Medicaid coverage for the 10/14/2011 date of service, we will be happy to review.  [redacted] Emergency Consultants could not confirm Medicaid coverage at the time of service.

Mr. [redacted] was sent written notice on these accounts on May 17, 2016.  In addition to the calls we made that went unanswered, we did leave a message with a gentleman at ###-###-#### (the number Mr. [redacted] provided).  We have not received any notification from the US Postal Service that the...

mail was not delivered or the address was wrong. If Mr. [redacted] would like to dispute the balance, we will be happy to have the client validate it.

I was was told it would be taken off of credit if I paid... I am not sure why I was told that but it hasn't. I called after it was paid and the girl told me yes will be removed may take 4-9 weeks... All ll other collectors I paid late removed it from there.

You stated in your previous response "Choice Recovery didn't purchase your debt"  I  just so happen to agree with you becuase it's not my debt. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like Choice Recovery is failing to remove this debt from my credit file. If that is the case I will proceed to the next level in having it removed.

We apologize for the consumer not receiving return calls.  We have made contact with Mr. [redacted] and corrected the issue.

I don't owe Choice Recovery anything on the behalf of...

anyone. In their response they stated that they're a "third party" that being said I don't owe them anything. Collection agencies purchases debts for pennies on the dollar. In addition, I do not have a contract with Choice Recorvery. According to the FRCA everything is done by "consent" meaning a signature from me. I might could appreciate and accept their "validation" if Choice Recovery had a contract signed by me. Therefore, Choice Recovery is fraudulently trying to collect money from me that a debt isn't mine.  To name a few, these are things that collection agenciess don't want the consumer to know. However, I am up on  these collections agencies, and very aware (familiar) with the FCRA and FTC. The only desired acceptable resolution for me is for Choice Recovery to remove the negative remark from all three bueraus. Again, you can't validate something you don't have.

We have not had a response from our client on this matter.  We will agree to close the account and communicate the closure to the credit bureaus.

If Ms. [redacted] would like to call our office, I can schedule a time to play the recorded call for her so she can hear the agreement.  Our office hours are 8 am to 6 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Please provide more information so we may locate [redacted]'s account.  Please provide the last four of [redacted]'s social security number, date of birth, the original creditor, and/or the previous addresses.

We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint and request for removal.  Choice Recovery's policy is to report all information accurately to the credit bureaus.  We have updated [redacted]s account to a paid in full status.  We do not remove accounts from the credit bureaus for...

We were unable to obtain a response from our client, [redacted] as to the validity of the debt.  Choice Recovery has closed the account and requested the removal of account with the credit bureaus.

We have acknowledged Ms. B[redacted] complaint last month through a third party source and honored her request. If there is still an open issue, we encourage her to contact us directly so we have a better understanding of what she is looking to obtain from us.

I apologize [redacted] is unhappy with this situation.  I have tried to reach him by phone to discuss his circumstance in more detail but am unable to reach him.We received an account from [redacted] on May 15, 2017.  We sent letters to the address he provided in this complaint...

on May 16th and June 19th.  We reported accurate information to the credit bureaus which prompted [redacted]' complaint.  We cannot agree with the accusations in the complaint.If [redacted] would like to discuss this further, I encourage him to contact me directly so I can better understand his concerns.
