Choice One Communications

Review: The Customer Service calls me every single day, sometimes twice a day, wanting me to switch over to another supplier for natural gas and for electricity. They tell me that the regular companies charge me more and that I can save with them. I asked them does it require changing suppliers and they said yes it does. I told them no thanks but they still call. Their business is Customer Service, their phone number is [redacted], and they are located in Clayton, New York. I don't know how they got my number, I never gave it to them. They can't force me to switch over but they are persistent in forcing me. When they call and if I don't answer the phone they never leave a message, in fact, they hang up before the voice message greeting ends. Much thanks.
