The footings described were removed, and the site was excavated and compacted after these pictures were taken No additional cost was charged to the owner (this was provided at our own expense)

They told me I can come up there 8/25/between 2-to get my belongingsThey cleaned out the vehicle and stole my copy of the contractI asked for it they say they had no other copies and that it was on fileThey didn't give me any additional contacts or any informationThey are crooks and
does bad business

I am rejecting this response because:I have clearly stated that this company failed to meet the obligations under the signed contract to build our homeThey were terminated due to a breach of contract from the improper placement of the building footings, for which they caused an month delay in the projectWe paid them more then $60,and all we have to show for that amount of money was a hole and a pile of bad concrete and rebarIt cost us more then $10,to re-excavate the mess they leftThey choose to hire several engineers in an effort to reuse the improperly placed footingsThey agreed to pay for services from the Engineer of Record, rendered on their behalf to assist in their mitigation efforts, then refused to pay him the $2000, which was directly billed to themAfter more then months of not receiving payment, we ended up paying for itIn addition, we ended up paying more then $to the geotechnical engineer for services rendered on their behalf, directly related to their mitigation efforts.To simply say you owe us nothing is beyond comprehensionAll of the evidence provided is factual, true and represents a clear breach of contract and displays your irresponsibility towards homeowners, for which you took advantage.To allow this company to maintain the “A+” rating is a terrible injustice and does nothing to warn prospective homeowners of the deceptive business practices experienced from this builder.
