Choice Cabinet

Hello [redacted] ,I wanted to take this opportunity to respond to a complaint from a customer who had purchased kitchen cabinets from us approximately years ago They provided pictures of cabinet that had what appeared to be paint that had peeled from a small area We examined the information and determined that the condition was caused by a chemical solution incompatibility or from excessive exposure to sitting water This cabinet appeared to be at the sink area where it has the potential to be exposed to extensive water Since these are cabinets that are painted and they are constructed from wood, our warranty statement states that particular care needs to be used in the proper care of the cabinets.We provide tens of thousands of these exact cabinets throughout the U.Sand Canada and have never had a finish issue like what was described here.However, on April 18th, we offered new replacement doors to her at no charge She has not picked up the doors as of yet.RegardsTony L [redacted] PresidentAnthony L [redacted] President & CEOOffice: (216)378- Ext101Mobile: (440)708-3464Fax: (216)378-2844www.choicecabinet.com
