We were informed first by email on October 13, that Wednesday, October 15, would be the students last day due to they were going to be moving out of stateThis was less than a week notification and we typically required a day noticeOn Wednesday October 15, 2014, Consumer talked with
us in regards to canceling their contractAt which time the Consumer was informed that if they paid a month cancellation fee of $which could paid in payments so to make it financially easier on the ConsumerThis would then release the Consumer from their contract obligations in total amount of $5,At no time during this meeting did the Consumer inform us that the move was for major family illnesses, they just said they were moving. Lastly, our staff does not practice public humiliation, bullying or verbal abuse towards any of our students or our staffOur main focus is on teaching discipline, respect and confidence to our studentsThe majority of our parents are very happy with our structured discipline and teaching techniquesIn most cases parents are looking for a school that teaches the skills that we provideAlso, our parents are always impressed with our instructors and in their knowledge and their abilities/ skills
