Review: I received a gift certificate in December 2010. Not long afterward, I tried to make a purchase on the company website. None of the numbers on the certificate could be used to redeem it; I tried all of them multiple times. I have been periodically trying to contact the company via telephone and email ever since, and I have never been able to get through or receive any response.Desired Settlement: I would like the full value of the gift certificate to be refunded. If this is a scam, I would like those responsible to be prosecuted.
