The incident in question involved a pre-order for pithat was not misplaced but rather not filled timely I wasn't in the shop to personally handle the order so my employee had to contact me by phone ito locate the order, which he did and it was filled as quickly as possible I contacted [redacted] personally by phone immediately upon my return to shop but she had already filed this complaint I explained to her that her order was not lost, that her credit card information was not manually written down and that it was safely imputed in our SQARE Point Of Sale (POS) system She indicated that she had not originally received a receipt for her purchase which I was unaware of so I emailed her a follow up receipt
