Review: JUNE 17, 2014 I PAID MY BILL IN FULL USING A PERSONAL CHECK IN THE AMOUNT $406.04, AND A CHECK FROM OASIS SURGERY CENTER WHICH I ENDORSED TO DR. DAVID CHAO IN THE AMOUNT $86.76 FOR THE TOTAL BALANCE OF $492.80.CHMB CASHED BOTH CHECKS, MINE WITHOUT ANY ENDORSEMENT ON IT, AND CONTINUED TO BILL ME FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. AFTER I SENT DOCUMENTATION FROM MY BANK THAT MY CHECK HAD BEEN CLEARED, CHMB CONTINUED TO BILL ME OVER THE PAST 4 MONTHS FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE OASIS CHECK. I HAVE SENT THEM ALL THE INFORMATION TO CLEAR THIS UP AND WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND IT AGAIN TODAY TO THE SUPERVISOR WHO HANDLES DR. [redacted]S ACCOUNT, [redacted]. 760-520-1400 X1445INSTEAD OF WASTING MORE OF MY TIME I GAVE DR. I have confirmed we received a copy of the check for $86.76 deposited by the physician’s office along with approval to post the payment on 10/30/14. CHMB posted the payment of $86.76 to the customer’s account on 10/31/2014. The balance on the customer’s account for the June surgery is currently $0.00. No adverse credit has been reported to any credit agency.
