In reference to complaint # ***Customer signed a contract which stated he had three (3) business days to cancel the contract and return the product in the condition in which it was left to him, which meant IN NEW CONDITIONNOT USED. Contract states the customer must sign, date and send
the attached portion of the contract to our business by certified mail, which must be post marked by midnight of the third business day in order to validate the cancellation of the contractCustomer states he contacted our office after hours five (5) days after purchase and attempted to leave a message to cancel, which goes against our policiesCustomer stated he used the machine and it didn't work properlyOnce the product is used, the cancellation policy is not valid, which is also stated on the signed contractIf the product was found to be defective (as customer states it didn't work properly), the product is under full warranty for three (3) years after the date of purchase, which means all parts, service and labor are free for monthsIf the machine is not working properly, we would be happy to have our service technician fix it for free but the customer did not state any issues with the performance of the productWe can not honor the cancellation of this contract, give a refund nor take the product back
