Chisholm West Wine & Liqour

Based on the letter I received from your organization my business, Chisholm West Wine and Liquor, had “double charged” a customer for his purchase of $ I have attempted to contact the customer and have not been successful. However, I did research his claim and found
that on the day in question only one charge of $appears. I reviewed every credit card slip with signatures for September 9, and found only the one charge in the amount questioned. In addition I then contacted my credit card processor and asked for and received a complete listing of every credit card transaction processed on 9/09/17. A complete review showed only one transaction in the stated amount. The information that I received from my credit card processor is of a highly confidential nature and I will not submit it through the US Mail, however I will allow a representative from the Revdex.com to review this document in my presences. With regards to Mr*** *** I would suggest that he contact the bank that issued the credit/debit card and get an explanation of charges based on how he was “double charged” Based on Mr***’s statement I am sorry that he has had this problem, but my research and documentation show that the problem is not with Chisholm West Wine and Liquor. *** *** Chisholm West Wine and Liquor
