I am sorry that Mr. isn’t happy. We strive to leave every customer satisfied.Mr. instructed us per email to clean up and mulch his front yard and had scheduled the date. We followed up the day before to be sure. We went to his house with all the materials and tools to cleanup and mulch his yard. 15 minutes into starting he stopped us and told us he didn’t want the front done but he wanted his back patio removed and gravel put down. I let him know that we had bought materials to mulch not gravel for his patio as instructed. We then removed his patio and informed him that we would be back the next day with the materials for his patio, rototilling his garden and patching his bad grass spots. We came the next day as promised and completed all tasks. The patio was full of roots which were removed then graded to a depth of 3-4 inches and gravel installed. The grass was sodded in the bad spots, which he was present during application. The garden was rototilled , which he wasn’t happy with the depth of the rototiller so I did not charge him for rototiling At the completion of the job I gave him an invoice and he paid. I did not charge for the mulch that he cancelled at the last minute, the rototilling, nor the additional trip for cancelling the first day. I would never charge for anything that a customer is not happy with and I believe that I was more than forgiving for the costly change of mind on his part. No money can be refunded due to his decision to change jobs at the last minute. Also the fact that because of his decision no profit was made.Thank youChip OTooleChips Landscaping Inc
