Chippewa Valley Junk Removal

I had an urgent need to have a large kerosene tank removed from the basement of a house in Eau Claire, WI. Time was critical as the house was being sold and this condition had to be met and fulfilled within a matter of days. From my initial call to Jake and the tank being removed only 4 days had elapsed. It would have been even quicker had I been able to be present in Eau Claire sooner. (I live eight hours out from Eau Claire) The requirements were met. Jake answered my calls/emails and/or texts immediately thus maintaining a ready and open line of communication. When Jake stated a time he would meet us at the house - he was there and and promptly. He valued our time as much as we did. Jake and his associate removed the tank from the house in less than one hour. They did not take any breaks. It was a dirty job and they cleaned up all messes. It was unknown whether the tank was completely empty and when it was cut open remaining kerosene leaked onto the concrete floor. Although this was not the fault of Jake, he apologized profusely and he and his associate drove to a local home center to purchase floor dry that they then covered the spill with. Jake knew the house was pending and we were leaving the state and he told us that he would come back after a few days when the kerosene had been absorbed and clean up the remaining mess. I left his contact information with the agent. I have no doubt that at the agents request he will return to do as he stated - and promptly. It has been a sheer pleasure working with Jake to have this situation resolved. Anyone hiring this company can expect nothing less than top notch service. Deb
