[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Dear Revdex.com:  I have emails beginning April 17th when I purchased the plate up until June 22nd that I had sent either to ebay or chippewavalley consignment shop.  It is not true that I did not correspond with them, actually I was never sure where my emails went, as ebay was the original distributor of the plate and told me to respond to ebay, which I did.  So I have emails sent by me to ebay; on April 20th mentioning I was unhappy with the plate., and that the plate was different than the picture.  Then again on the 21, 24, (not happy wanting to return the plate) the seller wanted a picture.  I said why should I send a picture of a picture? It would not show the blurry image that I was unhappy with).  April 24, 25th and 26th (I now wanted postage for the plate I would return) and then on May 2nd I would like to return the plate and have ebay pay for the postage, as I already paid for postage when I purchased the plate and felt it was unfair for me to pay for the postage twice when I was unhappy with the plate to begin with). It was not like the picture on the web page.   Then again on May 7th, the 9th (I sent the plate back paying for the postage) and then on the 13th please get back to me......On May 13th I received a final decision from ebay that the case was closed???? I had little communication from ebay during this time.....Then on the 15th sending an email telling ebay I sent back the plate on the 9th and had not gotten a refund yet.  On may 20th, still no refund and June 5th  no refund (I was asking through emails to ebay for a refund with no response).  The again on June 7th, 15th and the last email whcih I felt completely ignored on the 22nd of June.  I have all of these emails that I sent but did not send them to you because there was so many. I can send them to you upon request.  So it was really not true that I sent no responses to their emails.  The problem I saw was that I was unsure where my emails went even if I ADDRESSED THEM TO CHIPPEWAVALLEY and or ebay. If they gave me a refund, I have no way of knowing how it was refunded and how much.  I am requesting total plate and shipping costs as the plate was not represented TO ME as the same in the picture.....Sorry ebay but your method of communication really sticks and I feel sorry for other people when they want to return an item.  You have made it difficult to say the least. I had bought the plate in good faith and the money should have been returned to me in the same manner.  By the way the total amount was 18.44.  Imagine such a small amount, shame on you.Regards,

Chippewa Valley Consignment ShopRE: Norman Rockwell Mothers Day PlateThe customer started a return with eBay stating that the photo on the plate was blurry.  I was not sure what she was trying to tell me, since the photo of the actual plate was in the listing.  I asked for her to provide a photo to show me what she was trying to explain to me.
