I had multiple items missing from a delivery I ordered. I called their customer service and the representative offered me a half of the entire checked refunded. I agreed. However, she later emailed me saying that she could only offer free side foods vouchers of which value was just about a quarter of the entire check. I emailed her back to keep what she had offered in the beginning. She never replied.
