called john Deere credit posingas his wife who financed the Dtrying to dispute the charges John Deere called me to verify that ***was the husband not the card holder that purchased the machineOn 8-25-*** called back tothreaten the employees and we asked him again if he would pay for the hood he threatened bodilyharm to all the employees again after that the conversation was over*** is responsible for the bill.Please see attached copy of the John Deere Promise we went above and beyond to defuse the situationwith no resolve and that was due to the unwillingness of *** to talk reasonable and work this out
