Dear Mr [redacted] and Revdex.com Inc personal,I called you this afternoon and left my cell phone [redacted] *** for you.Sorry for what happened to you while you purchased food from us Please come back tothe store at your conveniences to pick up the moneyPlease forgive our employee thatthey were enforcing the company policy that "any refund needs a purchase receipt"The mean reason for this is that the Japanese store across the food court they sell almostthe same kind of items as us (may be different by names), and when they have any customerreturn unhappy meal, they will tell the customer go to our store ask for refund It had happened so many times Secondly, price for our two item combo (rice or noodle plus any two entrees) is $plus taxand our three item combo (rice or noodle plus any three entrees) is $plus tax.I think yours was two items combo and you paid $plus tax which was $not $7.89, so the employee was confused( I know after we paid, who is going to remember exactly we've paid forthe meal) Anyway, I really appreciated you informed Revdex.com Inc so I can get what had happened in the store.Again, please forgive our employee's stuffy attitude, and come back any time to pick up the fund and have lunch or dinner with us again, of course this time the meal should be on the house!Thank you for your understandings!
