Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Of course I have to round up to $There was no way to know the exact change when I was not given my receiptWe repeatedly asked the staff if they were bringing out more food, and they assured us they were but then it never cameInstead the staff sat at a table playing on a cell phoneWhile we were waiting for the so called food to show up we tried to put some of the dried out crusty food from the bottom of their metal pans on our plates since we were both starving from work and I just paid for a BUFFET not almost $for a plate that had only a few dried up food itemsVideo proof is fine to show, but make sure to show the ENTIRE footage (un-doctored) so that way the Revdex.com can see the entire ordeal (and how I repeatedly asked for my money back at the end because that was NOT the service or buffet that I paid for)Matter of fact there should be an entire investigation of their footage for the past few years so the Revdex.com can also see the unsupervised child (who is maybe years old) that works the register the majority of the timeI was certain there were child labor laws against that?? The documents attached are only few of the myriad of responses I received on just my status aloneAlso the picture of the empty 'buffet'There were over shares that contained several comments (on each individual share) from the people of Janesville and their similar and disgusting experiences at ChinaTown BuffetAgain, I would just like the rest of my money back Regards, [redacted]
Hi,My name is ***I' m the manager of Chinatown BuffetThat was not all the true based on customer's statementThey were coming late at that night (o'clockpassed)They were last customersShe paid $for people with drinks. After they paid, we refilled some popular dishes in our
restaurant: Chicken broccoli, Beef mushroom, Salt pepper shrimp and CrabrangoonBoth of them got some food to eat while chef were cookingOne of them got another plate of food that we just brought outNot like what they said that they waited for minutes and eat nothing, there is just minutes between they came in and leave( video prove)After ate two plates of food, she asked for more refill, then staff asked what she want to eat, she said Honey ChickenBecause we are taking the zero waste challenge so we didn't refill everything at end of the day, but we'd like to refill the food that customers prefer to eatBut just one minute later she told us there is no need to refill and asked for refundThe staff explained that they did ate couple of plates, and we were refilling as they request, so just refund them $She accepted the refund and explanation at that nightBut next day she posted a message on the Facebook with some misstatement

Of course I have to round up to $24. There was no way to know the exact change when I was not given my receipt. We repeatedly asked the staff if they were bringing out more food, and they assured us they were but then it never came. Instead the staff sat at a table playing on a cell phone. While we were waiting for the so called food to show up we tried to put some of the dried out crusty food from the bottom of their metal pans on our plates since we were both starving from work and I just paid for a BUFFET not almost $24 for a plate that had only a few dried up food items. I was certain there were child labor laws against that?? The documents attached are only few of the myriad of responses I received on just my status alone. Also the picture of the empty 'buffet'. There were over 67 shares that contained several comments (on each individual share) from the people of Janesville and their similar and disgusting experiences at ChinaTown Buffet. Again, I would just like the rest of my money back.
