I am rejecting this response because you must register first before using their online services. After I knew I was charged for $40 then I called their customer service center and they told me I should register then cancel. They also said they would text message before charging me the money to let me know I should cancel or continue to use their services, unfortunately I didn't get that message yet. I would say they don't care their customers how to use that online system. They didn't take their responsibilities to notice me and charge me without permissions. They dare to say it's nonrefundable, that's their business, once you bought their products, there is no way to get refund, I would suggest you should conduct an unethical business investigation against this bad company.

Complaints and provide individual responses where appropriate.We note that the customer is trying to buy one-month bundle and accidently buy 6 months, However, we make very clear in the Terms of Service posted on our website that all payments are non-refundable, Also, we found that the customer already port-out from our service, which means all the balance, credits, usage history and bundle in his account become not valid in our system anymore. In this case, even though we cannot refund the customerard the bundle invalid now, we can still provide the customer 6 months bundle if the customer re-part in.Our customer satisfaction is very important to Ls and we appreciate the fact that you have brought these complaints to our attention. We will certainly take them into consideration as we continue to try to improve our service.Thank you.
