We purchased our home (2014) and it included an appliance warranty. Our air conditioner failed the Friday of July 4th and the company under contract with the warranty said that they were taking the weekend off and we would have to wait until the following week. We contacted the former owners who told us that they had used One Hour Air. One Hour Air sent a technician (Ray) to our home that evening and he was able to get our system working for the weekend and returned the next week with a permanent fix. We have stayed with them ever since and they have always provided prompt, fair and dependable service.
