Review: I have order from China Gourmet multiply times with no problem and always call on the phone as I walk over there. I ordered a beef and broccoli over the phone and said "beef and broccoli" a few times more then I should. So I head over there like usual and I paid for my food. I head back to work and ate the egg roll. Then I pull out the entre and it only had steam broccoli. I call up China Gourmet to tell them what had happen. Instantly the first then they do is tell me I ordered the wrong thing. So I asked if they could send someone over to exchange the food. I was told they were to busy to send someone over. I told them I could wait and once again I was told no. I tried to explain to I was done with my lunch break and she basically hung up on me. I need to eat so I walked all the way back over once again. I gave them back the wrong order, and they told me to pay $1.55. I asked her if she can redo the math and all the cashiers picked up the phone lines and ignored me. Then the manager came by and handed me the food after I paid an extra 55 cents then turned around. I asked her can you do something to accommodate my time and having to leave work. Once again I was told no. I work in the food industry and I know most managers do something for there customer when orders are messed up. So I get back to work open the food and the preparation of the food is disgusting. It was not made the usual way I get it. I feel like its not cooked all the way(the internal temp. of the meet is nowhere need food standards) and there was no sauce.Desired Settlement: Obviously I will not be eating there again I just want $6.55 for the food I wasn't able to eat.

I threw out the food.
I already had to leave work to return the food the first time and I wasn't able to leave to return the food the second time.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by China Gourmet regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They require me to go to the location in order to pick up the check. This is because it cost them money to send out the check. I am not in that area anymore to pick up the check.
