The employees at this facility are rude and do not seem to care about customer serviceThey even made it a point to say to me during my most recent visit "if you dont want to eat here anymore thats fine" That is not the way to get repeat customers and definitely not a way to get business in the first placestars for this restaurant

food from my restaurant, the delivery person told me MM was angry because of 2 dollars of delivery charge. Later MM kept calling back said we sent white rice instead  of shrimp fried rice, it is impossible, at the time we only got two  orders and neither came with white rice. Then MM changed another phone kept calling, so I asked the delivery  person sent MM a small shrimp fried rice for free, when he got there, nobody answer, my delivery person hang the the shrimp fried rice on door knob  and left. MM is a [redacted]. I won't give any money  back. One box white rice is a small package, anybody can find it is wrong and will refuse  to pay 20 dollars. It is not the first time MM order from us.
