Mrs. Click purchased a new 2015 Ford Focus from us today. We traded her out of the vehicle she was having issues with and is now completely satisfied.
I spoke to [redacted] on Saturday, June 27th and she has requested that Ford buy back her Focus. I am currently working with the manufacturer to process that request for her.
I am sorry that the customer wasn't completely satisfied subsequent to their experiences at Mt Orab Ford. On August 20, 2014 we replaced both front brake pads and rotors on the vehicle at 82325 miles. At that time, we advised the customer that they also needed tires and rear...
brakes. On February 26, 2015 we replaced the rear brakes and rotors at 85659 miles. On April 10, 2015 the customer indicated to an independent repair facility out of town that the brakes were "squeeking". The repair estimate from this shop indicates the miles are estimated at 87000. This independent repair shop apparently told the customer that the vehicle needed new brake pads and rotors and sent pictures showing that there was rust on the rotors. This rust certainly could be caused by the vehicle only being driven an estimated 4675 miles in 7 months and 3 weeks. There was no indication of any safety issues, only a sound. We recommended the customer bring us the vehicle so that we could diagnose the sound for them. That offer stands and we would gladly inspect the brakes and rotors that we installed to ensure the soundness of their operation.
