machine. The one that the customer was using was a $2.75 machine. She claimed that our washing machine did not dispense enough water. However, that is not true. We have signs everywhere on the walls that says that the machine does not need a lot of detergent to wash the clothes. She put in more than what is necessary causing the machine to not wash properly, instead of informing us, she decided to put more money into the washing machine. After she has done that, she decided to tell us what happened. We couldn't do anything about it after she put money in it so we gave her back $1.50, but she was still upset saying that our washing machine was broken.   Sincerely,Chin Chin Laundromat
