after many attempted to get a refund, it appears the company has finally refunded methis issue is resolved, but this buisness still has the worst coustomer service I have ever encountered, and I believe they are running a scam and hope people don't persue a refund to the extent that I have to finally get one.

Ordered Jerry Nozzles, paid $7,immediately and over a two month span only received pcs, but that was like pulling teeth, I had to call every week to see if more were being shipped and all I got from the owner (Craig B***) was he was working on it with more excuses and lies IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AVOID FRANK BEE ENTERPRISES
I placed an order for academic regalia on March **, I am a faculty member at a small college and needed regalia to participate in graduation ceremoniesI placed the order and gave the company my deadline of April *** to receive the itemsI received no correspondence from them telling me that this would not be possibleI received the gown within in a few days of the orderAfter the hood had not arrived after the requested date and with absolutely NO communication from the company, I calledTwice I had to leave messagesOnce, I left a message with a man who said he would have Colleen call me first thing Monday, April **...a full days after I thought I would have received it When late afternoon arrived and she had not called me, I called herI was able to speak with her in person and she told me that her records indicated that I HAD received my orderI corrected her and told her that I had only received part of my orderShe then saw to it that my hood was delivered the next dayUnfortunately, I received my hood and thought it was lovelyHowever, I waited to open it fully until I first needed to (today)I wanted to keep in intactThe colors inside are incorrect and I cannot use this regaliaGraduation is tomorrow and I will not be participatingI tried calling them and once again, no answerI inadvertently found reviews of the company on the internet and they are ALL negativeI only wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my time and money with this companyI spent $on this useless garment and am sending my items back and hoping to receive a refund

I placed an order on 2-*-16. And now it's 2-**-16 and STILL have not received my order not even a tracking number as they say it has shipped..unacceptable amount of time to wait to receive an order.

These guys know their stuff! I have never had as thorough a cleaning or inspection on my fireplaces! Two Chimney guys showed up at the end of the day and did an amazing job. They weren't in a hurry to get out even though their day was almost done, and I've never had any company scrub and clean my fireplace as well. They also inspected a wood stove, and took back pics for their installation people as we need some repairs. I will never use another company to sweep my chimneys again! Awesome service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Thanks!
