Had Chimney Cricket, Chiminy Cricket (how ever they spell it) come this past winter/spring to clean out our dry vent. When I returned home from a business trip overseas, my wife was still having issue with our dryer not drying the clothes adequately and what seemed to be humid/hot air venting from behind the dryer. I checked and the dryer vent hose was not reinstalled properly causing a large air leak into the washer/dryer space. I then pulled the dryer out completely, and inspected their work. I found matted and compressed dryer lint still in the dryer vent trap area in significant amounts to fill a small plastic grocery bag full. They left a couple of tools on the premises and on the roof, and did not clean up after themselves thoroughly. I attempted to contact this business, left a message, maybe two... no response to this date (August 24th, 2014). I would not recommend using this business for dryer vent cleaning.
