This is the website that we placed our order, this was a gift my son purchased for his mother. On the site, it specifically states "ground shipping, order by 10am EST 12/17 to arrive by Christmas". I called customer service prior to placing the order to confirm, I placed my order on 10/15 and was guaranteed delivery. I haven't received the item yet and I emailed them, they said the apologize but the order didn't ship until 12/17 and won't arrive until 12/26? How is that possible when they're site said ground delivery guaranteed for Christmas if order placed by 10am 12/17? The item was in stock and they shipped on the 17th as they stated would be good for arrival. I've never used this site before and now my son has nothing to give his mother for Christmas. Very disappointed.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: In my opinion, they failed to live up to their promise and guarantee and should refund my son's money for the gift that will fail to arrive on time as promised. I would have paid for the express shipping if necessary but we ordered well within their guidelines.
