They were contracted to remove existing crown, top flue tiles and top row of bricks as needed and dispose of all debris. Create a 2"overhang, install new top flue tiles. Also pour 5" of concrete to crown. They finished on May 24'h, 20 13 and were paid in full. We noticed on May 27th that after the forms were removed from the crown there were a lot of small pin holes that were very noticeable from the ground so I contacted [redacted] and he said he would repair it in 2-3 weeks, that time has passed and I called them again and have had no response from them. I would appreciate your help in getting this resolved.Desired Settlement: Finish Job
