[redacted] complaint number ( [redacted] ) On October 3, at 10:59am I received a telephone from [redacted] of Chilton Pools, said over the phone to me "Yes I con you out of your money, so what there's nothing you can do about it, you aren't the only person I have cheated out of money dealt with! if you take me to court I will hurt you, after [redacted] threaten me he hung up the phone I immediately telephone my local travis county Sheriff Office Mr [redacted] # [redacted] SrDeputy Sheriff came to my home and took the verbal phone threat made by [redacted] SrDeputy Sheriff Mr [redacted] assigned me (Cause# [redacted] ) The Officer "said if I received anymore theats call the office or if [redacted] come to my home I should immediately call 911" Included is proof of my contract that [redacted] [redacted] handwrote himself he and myself Signed the contract proving that I paid [redacted] upfront the ($3,000.00) cash to install my inground vinyl pool, and the receipt copy showing the I also paid him ($1,500.00) cash for the hole to be dug for the pool Also included is a picture showing that this is the only work [redacted] did I am now in the process spending even more money trying to get the job completed by hiring other pool professionals Thank you,

 I immediately  telephone my local travis county Sheriff Office.  Mr. [redacted] Sr. Deputy Sheriff came to my home and took the verbal phone threat made by [redacted].  Sr. Deputy Sheriff Mr. [redacted] assigned  me  (Cause#[redacted]) The Officer  "said if I received anymore theats call the office  or if [redacted] come to my home I should immediately call 911".
