Chili's Grill & Bar

On Sept. 22, 2018 I placed a web order for 3 meals. Each meal was customized using drop down lists on the company website (web order receipt available for review) and payment was made online prior to pickup (receipt available for review). The order was ready when I arrived and the young man at the pick up counter handed over a white plastic bag with three containers and said to enjoy the meal. He did not open any containers or offer to review the order he just took off into the dining room area. When I arrived home and opened the containers none of the meals was as ordered. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for the manager. A man came on the phone and identified himself as the manager (I did not ask his name - should have). I explained the problem and the manager first stated some of the substitutions were not allowed. I informed him the substituted items were listed on their website. The manager apologized and said he would make adjustments, there would be no charge for the meals. Well, two days later I get a notice from my bank that my account was charged full price for the meals by the restaurant.
