I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have yet to receive any detailed bills from the time periods of money I owe. I don't understand how after 3-years I have not owed money and all of a sudden I do, they had plenty of time to bill me and never have.
