I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I never received the detailed statement as in the attachmentWe moved to [redacted] in June 2014, not sure if there is anything wrong with the mail delivery or notWe received the statement saying the balance of $65, and it says that for service on March That's why I called our dental insurance ***, and they say that I don't owe the dentist anythingSo I ignore them, and they sent my balance to collectionThe final collection is because their information is ambiguousI would pay the $65, but not the $through the collection companyI would like to get the $refund Regards, [redacted] ***

I have owned animals my whole life. I have never, ever, ever met a vet who was as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable as Dr. Amy Huff. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I cannot recommend her enough! She makes me have faith in humanity. Their wait times are ridiculously low, their prices are beyond reasonable and the staff is a pleasure to meet! Me and my husband drive from Orlando to Leesburg to see Dr. Huff because she is worth it and my fur babies deserve the best!
