We have resolved the issue by returning the supplies and buying a new backpack that [redacted] was requesting.  Supplies that are donated or brought into our center are used for the entire classroom and not the individual child.  I believe that [redacted] thought we keep all...

supplies for each child in their backpack which we don't.  Unfortunately, we were unable to find the specific backpack that [redacted] was asking for.   We wanted to make the situation right and make sure that her son received a new back pack from us and the supplies that she was requesting.  Thank You,Children Are Special
