I do not agree with the resolution from the daycare. My child did not attend daycare for a full day Friday( her last day). She was dropped off at 8:30am and I picked her up at 2:30pm. The normal hours she was usually in their care were from 6:45am to 5:45pm. And yes I signed a contract based of the fact that my child would be receiving the appropriate care that we were told they provided by the director. A snotty nose, a diaper rash, and I forgot to mention, when I picked her up Friday someone had put two braids in her hair without my permission. She's only 15 months with very thin hair. My daughter's needs were neglected! I feel that the contract was voided when they failed to provide the services we signed up for.[redacted]

Review: My one year old went to this daycare for 3 1/2 days and came home with her first ever diaper rash! Bad! They did not notify me of this nor did they ask that I send ointment to them to treat it. They have a set time as to when they change diapers, in which I wasn't aware of on the day I took the tour. Which I think is ridiculous because babies need to be changed around the clock. She also always have a nasty nose when she's picked up from there! One kid in her class was crying, with a runny nose that was going directly into his mouth. No one wiped his nose until he started gagging on the snot and saliva! I spoke with the [redacted] of the daycare and informed her about the rash amongst other things that I was concerned about and she really didn't seem to care at all! Once I told her that that would be my child's last day, she replied "ok" and walked off. She also informed me that I should "check her license" because she says that she never has had any complaint from any other parent before. The setting is nice however, the staff do not really seem like they are responsible and honest. I didn't feel like I was being told the truth when I called to check on my child throughout the day. I feel like they should be checked into because it was a lot I seen wrong when I popped up unexpectedly! The [redacted] was not concerned nor compassionate about losing a customer. Parents should never have to feel uneasy, worried, or stressed about the daycare/staff they choose to watch over their children while they try to make a living. Childcare is very expensive! And the fact that I wasn't offered at least half of my money back was crazy. I was very displeased with their services! These 3 1/2 days were very hard for me and my child's father. Knowing that I couldn't find any other daycares in my area with open spots, I was excited when I found this one. We now have to consider cutting back hours from our job, to watch our daughter because I am too scared to place her in another daycareDesired Settlement: $188.00 is what we paid. They charge that amount a week however my daughter attended the daycare for 3 1/2 days. I will like the full amount refunded due to the lack of services we received!
