Carpets By Direct installed the consumer's flooring on or about March 3, 2017. Several months after installation, consumer called our store stating that a few boards were not satisfactory. Our installation manager went to inspect the material and workmanship at the consumer's home and
found one board that needed replacing in front of the dishwasher and offered to replaceThe installation manager stated that he found no installation issues and would get an independent inspector to inspect so that consumer could have a neutral opinion of the material and workmanshipSo, Carpets By Direct notified the vendor and requested they send an independent inspector, unknown to Carpets By Direct; and, subsequently, that inspector notified the consumer directly and set up the appointment for the inspection. The inspection report found that Carpets By Direct installed the wood correctly and found no issues with the installation or materialShortly before the inspection, consumer called and said she had an issue with "a couple of bad boards" and consumer was told that Carpets By Direct would replace all the boards with which consumer had an issue, even if it meant ordering a whole box of wood to do the work. After the inspection, consumer refused that offer and requested a copy of the inspection report which we provided to her The consumer requested all wood flooring be replaced or a refund of all monies paid which included carpeting as well. The consumer has retained an attorney. Therefore, all future correspondence of Carpets By Direct will be referred to its legal team

I am rejecting this response because:
Multiple statements are not factual from the first sentence on.I will send copies of all correspondence between myself & owner and letter ( unanswered by business) sent to and from Carpets by Direct.I dismissed attorney after his letter failed to get response
