This organization is highly UNORGANIZEDThe customer respresentatives are incompetent and information is not consistent despite the agency having a databaseThis is the organization the army chose to use to help service members with getting assistance for childcareI have been taken through loop hole after loop hole and STILL have gotten no where concerning my child’s careI submitted my application with all necessary documentation and was told that it was being processedCome to find out, my application was never assigned a case manager and therefore had not been processed within the two weeks that had before I decided to call to get an updateIt was just sitting in their systemNow I’m being told that I’ll have to submit new documents because of the dates need to be updated for the now processed applicationI have no issue with this until I call to find out what I need and I’m told that they cannot do any thing for me at all because of the date when I need care I need to
