Chihuahua Motors

My truck was picked up by Carlot, I am not behind, he is hiding the truck will not give me the contract or copy or repo papers. He also will not tell me how much I am supposedly behind. I do not know what else I can do. I am not behind and have receipts as proof of my payments and I have repeatedly asked for him to tell me what I owe and he simply stated that he can pick it up at any time and that I am not getting my truck back.
