Chief Indigo

On July 8th 2020 I ordered a sweatshirt from Chief Indigo (https://chiefindigo.com/). On July 17th I reached out to Chief Indigo because on the shipping tracker said the post office had not received my sweatshirt. Chief Indigo ignored my message. On August 11th (it had been over a month since I ordered the sweatshirt at this point) I reached out to Chief Indigo again telling them that the post office still had not received my sweatshirt once again they did not respond. On August 20th I messaged Chief Indigo again being more stern this time saying I want my sweatshirt or a refund. Chief Indigo ignored my messages still so I commented on their Instagram page asking them to answer my messages. They deleted all of my comments and finally responded they asked for my order number, I gave it to them and they never responded after that. I looked at their reviews on google, yelp, and Facebook and multiple people said they same thing happened, they ordered clothes and their card was charged but they never received them, and Chief indigo refused to answer them. Essentially what they are doing is scamming people on their online website.
