Thank you for brining your concerns to our attentionIt is our intention at North Bay Companies to serve our tenants to the best of our ability Because the balance on the ledger was not explained properly to the previous or current tenants due to lack of clarity on a formerly used lease
agreement, North Bay Companies has communicated with the residents that no late fees would be charged on the current outstanding balanceThis units property manager has been in communication and has met with the tenants regarding the past due balances and developed a plan for resolvingNorth Bay Companies will not pursue an eviction on any past due balance to date
