done.  This is a fairly standard business policy for big ticket items that customers purchase FOB the selling location.  As for his issue of abnormal wear patterns, we examined the pictures he sent to us and compared them to a brand new and unused Sofa identical to his.  We did not see any evidence of abnormal wear.  The beauty of the furniture he purchased is that it has a tone on tone look to it. - See attached photo - New Juno Sofa.Mr. [redacted] sent us a text on Wed Sept 14 @ 10:46 am.  He was kind enough to attached photo's so we could try to determine the best path to take to resolve his concerns.On Wed Oct 5th at 1:20 pm Mr [redacted] was advised we would be happy to resolve his issue when he brought the furniture in question back, he wrote to us and told us,"I am definitely not bringing it in to you guys.  That is a bit ridiculous.  I think you guys can come to me." - see attached text string.At that point as a courtesy, we offered to stop by when we were in Orland (38 minutes and 25 miles form our place of business). That offer is still on the table.  Also, if Mr. [redacted] is willing to bring his furniture back to our place of business, we will assess his concerns and if warranted repair or replace his furniture if it is defective at no charge to him.  From the pictures attached, we cannot determine what if any issue he may have with the furniture.  We will call Mr. [redacted] tonight.  Our desire ids to satisfy his concerns within the guidelines of the Parker House Factory Warranty.
